from Norway
Student Sumfandet is where ISFiT takes place. It is a labyrinth of hidden rooms, private bars, studios, and a theatre to fit approximately 1,000 students.
Rewind to the day before I left...
I was with Michelle, we were at the bank...it was Super Bowl Sunday. Michelle and I haven't talked in a week.
Parris and Nick have this agreement, whoever buys the food, doesn't do the dishes. That's Nick doing the dishes.
The airports around the world can't be that different from each other.
I took this photo riding up an escalator in Paris.
We took three planes to get to Trondheim.
Air France was my favorite. They had food that was actually pretty tasty. Not to mention all the new movies that were still in Theaters. I watched Due Date, The Other Guys, and Dinner for Shmucks.
When we got to Trondheim, everyone was really warm and welcoming. Kyra's host, Hilde, met us at the bus stop and got us a little acquainted with the town. We met our workshop leaders the next day, we got to show them a film we made.
This is Parris Whittingham
He got to interview His Royal Highness The Crown Prince. They did not let us use video, only audio.
This photo displays the level of security they had on His Royal Highness.
This is Michael Keenan
There were many different musical performances every day. A lot of Norwegian indie rock groups.
It scanned weird, but I like it that way.
We got to party with the volunteers after everyone went home.
That girl in the middle is someone that Parris met the night before. She is the only Norwegian with dreads.
But I think one of the coolest parts about our trip to Norway...
Mikey Fresh got to DJ the opening party at ISFiT. Now thats provocative ;) Great trip.
Oh yea I also got to work in the darkroom for the first time. I actually developed these myself. Cool. :)
