Michelle studied art at New York University, but was never interested in photography until she began interning for the food website AlwaysHungryNY, where she was assigned the weekly task of photographing New York City farmers' markets. At AlwaysHungry Michelle also met Ryan Lee, a fellow intern who encouraged her to start taking pictures and who she still consults frequently on questions ranging from digital photography to bubble tea. Michelle's interest in photography expanded while freelancing for another website, and she is excited for this opportunity to stretch herself and learn more about the craft. Besides photography, Michelle loves to draw, bake, eat, and practice her French.
She will be using the Canon 630 and the EF 50mm lens.
