Garment District, Tupac, and Chinese New Year

These first two pictures were taken in the Garment District, a place that is in a state of decay and uncertainty.

This was taken on a metro north train back from getting my wisdom teeth pulled.

These next few come from a job (cinematographer) where the project was re enacting a drunken freestlye preformed by Tupac... The actor was in makeup for something like 4 or 5 hours just to get the tattoos right.

This picture was taken at a Chipolte... me and a friend were sharing a table with them and they just kept making out, we didn't know them, so I snapped this in protest.

This next set was taken during the Chinese New Year parade, which takes place the sunday after the actual day. I found myself sneaking onto the press side of the fence, and showing my old Binghamton id worked for a bit. Then a rather nosy cop came over and was extra persistent, he kicked me out, but I was able to take the following pictures before the parade started.
